JUNK PUNKS HOLDINGS LLC, together with its affiliates and subsidiaries and the franchisor entity of the Junk Punks franchise system, JUNK PUNKS FRANCHISING COMPANY LLC (collectively referred to as “Junk Punks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides this Site and the junk removal services described on it (the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site, booking any Services, or submitting any information through the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Site.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual volume or type of junk differs significantly from what was described.

By booking a Service, you authorize us (or our franchisees) to enter your property at the agreed time to perform the requested junk removal. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to authorize removal of the items and that the items do not contain hazardous materials, illegal substances, or items we are prohibited from removing under applicable law.

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window, but actual arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed or quoted are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods disclosed at the time of booking. All payments are processed through secure third-party processors.

7. Cancellations and Changes

You may cancel or reschedule a booking through the Site or by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time for any reason.
